Bradley Bostick brings a uniqueperspective to the mediation process derived from27 yearsof experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants.

Asan AV ratedtrial attorney and litigator, Mr. Bostick has successfullytried numerouscases to verdict throughout Northern California. He haslitigated hundreds of high exposure product liability, personal injury, wrongful death, premise liability, construction defect, asbestos and employment cases.

As former senior trial counsel to a multilines international insurance company, Mr. Bostick has a deep understanding of howinsurance companies evaluate cases.

Mr. Bostick has mediated over 750 civil cases ranging from straightforward to complex tort,contract, construction, employment and probate, motor vehicle and premise liability cases.

Mr. Bostick's fee schedule is straightforward with no hidden administrative fees. Typically, there is no charge for matters that are cancelled or continued. His fee for two party mediation is $500.00 an hour.

Mr. Bostick graduated from the University of California Berkeley in 1979 and received his J.D. from Golden GateUniversity in 1983.
