POOL RENTAL AGREEMENT

The pool is available for rental by members only, from 8:30-11:30 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and from 9:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. Fridays and Saturdays.

Rental cost is $100.00 for the pool, plus $18.50 per hour for two lifeguards.

A deposit of $waived is required to reserve the pool for a selected date with the remaining balance ($155.50) to be paid in full the evening of the event.

There is no alcohol or smoking allowed in the pool area. There are no exceptions to this rule.

Pool rules are posted outside the pool cabana doors and are attached to this agreement.

The renter will be responsible for costs incurred by any party guest(s) for damages to pool equipment, including chairs, tables, umbrellas and toys.

We have read through this agreement carefully and understand its contents fully. We agree to follow all rules and regulatioins set by the Meadow Ridge Home Owner’s Association in regard to the pool area.

MEADOW RIDGE SWIM AND TENNIS CLUB

POOL RULES AND REGULATIONS

  1. Admission to e pool is limited to members in good standing and their guests when fee is paid. There are two classifications of membership.
  1. Resident Membership: Permanent residents of dwelling units subject to the Meadow Ridge Homeowners Trust of Indentures and Restrictions and minor children over whom a permanent resident has temporary custody pursuant to a Court Order.
  1. Contractual Membership: Permanent residents of households who have agreed to pay an annual membership fee for use of the pool. This classification of membership is subject to Trustee approval. (PLEASE NOTE: No new Contractual Memberships will be awarded at this time.)
  1. No alcoholic beverages allowed in pool area. This is required due to increased possibility of accidents and liability. This relieves the association of certain insurance liabilities and costs.
  1. Admission to the pool is refused to all persons having any contagious disease or infectious condition.
  1. No dogs or other pets will be permitted in the pool area.
  1. All members shall drive slowly and carefully on the driveway and approaches within the parking area. No overnight parking allowed in clubhouse parking lot.
  1. Children 10 years of age are not allowed without adult supervision. Children over 10 years of age must pass a swim test to be allowed to come without an adult. Anyone under the age of 10 will not be able to bring anyone else with them under 12.
  1. The pool may be closed for maintenance purposes, health conditions, weather, or any reason deemed sufficient by the pool manager.
  1. Only swimming apparel will be allowed in the pool; no shorts or cut-offs.
  1. No we swimwear allowed on upper level of clubhouse.
  1. Personal conduct in pool and bath house must be such that the safety of the individual and others is not jeopardized. If not there will be expulsion from the pool.
  1. Waste materials are to be placed in the proper disposal containers provided.
  1. Damage to club property, including trees and shrubbery, will not be permitted and any member causing such damage shall be held personally responsible.
  1. If requested on heavy bather days, there will be ten minutes each hour during which only those 18 years and older will be allowed in pool. Those ten minutes will run from the hour until ten minutes after the hour.
  1. No child will be permitted in the deep water section of the pool unless they can demonstrate the ability to swim one width of the pool in good from and the ability to tread water for at least 30 seconds.
  1. Air mattresses, swim fins, masks and all other accessories shall be limited to times which the pool attendant feels that their use will not interfere with other swimmers.
  1. No oily type suntan lotions will be permitted in the pool area. Sun lotions must be acceptable to pool attendants.
  1. No glass items are to be taken in pool area.
  1. No drinks or food to be taken next to or in the pool. They must be stored and consumed by chair or picnic area.
  1. No diving in shallow water less than 5 feet deep.
  1. No running or rough play will be allowed in pool area.
  1. No ball throwing in pool area.
  1. No Frisbees will be allowed in pool area.
  1. No piggyback games will be allowed.
  1. No flips allowed off the sides of the pool.
  1. Unnecessary conversation with and/or harassment of attendant while on duty will not be permitted.
  1. Violation of rules and regulations will result in expulsion from the pool.
  1. Grandchildren and grandparents of resident members may attend as unpaid guests. Grandparent must check in with lifeguard upon arrival when grandparent does not intend to remain at the pool with grandchildren. All other rules under Rule#6 regarding the ability and age of children shall apply to all grandchildren.
  1. Children who are not potty-trained need to wear a diaper and/or plastic pants.
  1. Limit of five-guests per membership household at on time (applies to paid and unpaid guests).
  1. No barbecue grills inside fence. No parties during regular pool hours. Special parties are to be held after hours by reservation.
  1. All rules are subject to change without prior notice if conditions so require.

TENNIS COURT RULES AND REGULATIONS

  1. Hours of play are from dawn to dusk.
  1. Playing time is limited to one hour when others are waiting.
  1. Tennis shoes must be worn on tennis courts. Street shoes or bare feet are not allowed.
  1. No food or drink is allowed on the court – only water.
  1. Courts are for tennis use only – no other activity or apparatus allowed.

ALL POSTED RULES WILL BE RIGIDLY ENFORCED BY THE CLUB STAFF!!!
