This exciting role will be based at the PCYC office located in the Yorkshire Indoor cricket school, Headingley, Leeds. We are looking for a dedicated and motivated person to oversee and co-ordinate the administration of the business.

Pro Coach Yorkshire Cricket Ltd is looking for a suitable candidate to help drive forward a rapidly growing cricket coaching business. PCYC are the official coaching partner of the Yorkshire County Cricket Club, we run and co-ordinate cricket coaching courses and academies across Yorkshire and the candidate would be given the responsibility of managing administration and assisting the team at Head Office.

The role is full time role (37.5 hours per week).

Day to day responsibilities include: data entry, processing payments, responding to client enquiries, accounting and admin support for academies and courses.

Essential Skills we are looking for:

-  Computer literacy including MS Office and database experience

-  Data Entry

-  Excellent interpersonal and communications skills

-  Good organisational skills

-  Administration support in respect of various courses and good attention to detail

-  Reception/telephone experience

Desirable Skills

-  Full Clean Driving Licence

-  Marketing experience

-  Knowledge of basic accounting principals

-  Knowledge and interest in cricket or sports coaching

Administration Assistant – Job Description.

·  Recording bookings via telephone, web and email

·  Updating database and regular email shots to the database advertising courses/camps

·  Accounting – Daily cashbook, invoicing, taking payments, reporting to financial services at YCCC

·  Daily updates of course numbers

·  Daily update to MD of progress including any successes/problems

·  Assisting Marketing Manager in the marketing of all courses & PR

·  Recording coaching hours for all coaching

·  Overseeing 1 to 1 coaching – ensuring all money is paid, hours are correct, coaches are booked in and indoor centre is booked

·  Liaise with Indoor Centre Manager for busy Indoor usage, especially children, and coordinate advertising

·  Ensure promotional literature is always prominent within the Indoor Cricket Centre and for well-populated Yorkshire CCC home games

·  Improve web links with Clubs/Schools and Pro Coach

·  Create and oversee a comprehensive database and filing system in conjunction with other employees for all Pro Coach work

·  Oversee clothing orders for certain Pro Coach Yorkshire courses and staff
