On the date as stated bellow, in accordance with the Czech Civil Code No. 89/ 2012 Coll. and Czech law on private data protection No. 101/2000 Coll. as amended (Central Bohemia University, the CBU, will keep your data safe and never make them available to third parties) the Applicant expresses herewith the willingness to study. By signing the student enters non-binding contract with CBU and agrees to Study Regulations which are indivisible part of this application. Student also confirms this document as his affidavit that he or she certifies all information and statements provided here are true and accurate and that he or she fulfills admission criteria. The application is to be signed by the student and submitted to the study department of CBU (send scan to ), which will prepare the Study contract for chosen study programme.Student agrees to pay the application fee of EUR 150 (EU countries EUR 50) to Bank account at Fiobanka, a.s., Address: Millennium Plaza, V Celnici 10, 117 21 Praha 1, Czech Republic, a.s. SWIFT/BIC FIOBCZPP, IBAN CZ9020100000002200501378, and mention his or her name in the message to recipient. Alternatively, you can pay CZK 4050 to 2700501374 / 2010 and also write your full name in message for the recipient.We will send you invoice for it and also for full study tuition with updated study contract if necessary regarding payment in instalments.
