Case Manager Welfare-Work Program, Servicios De La Raza, Inc. Denver, CO, 1997-1999

Federal Grant collaboration with Denver Welfare Department to provide supportive services including: employment, housing, counseling, education, health, child-care for women on Welfare. Served primarily Latina, Native American women; some who identified as Lesbian or Transgendered. Worked with probation and case managers at Welfare and Denver Court to update progress of clients and inform on individualized treatment plans.
