The REC requires all licensees to complete ten (10) hours of Continuing Education by November 30, 2006, for 2007/2008 license renewal. A Core Course (4 hours) approved by the REC is required. The balance of ten (10) hours may be taken by completing two REC certified elective courses (3 hours each)

·  Read the following Statement of Policies:

·  Cancellation & Transfers: Cancellation and Transfers must be made three (3) calendar days in advance of the course offering. Substitution students will not be allowed.

·  IDENTIFICATION: A Picture ID and a current Real Estate Pocket Card or notification of license status from REC will be required at each pre-class check-in. Students failing to present the verification of ID will need to provide them to MSREC prior to receiving CE Certificate of Completion.

·  ATTENDANCE: DO NOT BE LATE. The REC requires that we monitor your attendance. You must be present 100% of the course time to be eligible for a CE Certificate. NO EXCEPTIONS.

·  Certificates: You’re REC numbered certificate will be mailed within 7 business days of the course (or handed out at completion of the course). Lost certificates can be replaced for $10 each. ERA School of Real Estate maintains records of attendance for 4 years and will not be responsible for records beyond this time.
