Maui Dolphins Swim Club is a USA-Swimming Team that serves Upcountry Maui youth (Kula, Pukalani, Makawao, Haiku) from 5-18 years of age teaching swimming, developing swimming skills, and coaching swimmers to participate in swimming competitions. We are a non-profit 501(c)3 organization run by an all-volunteer parent-board operating since 1997. We teach that fast swimming is not only FUN and makes our children safer in the ocean that surrounds us, but builds a lifetime of fitness, pride & accomplishment, sportsmanship, and dedication to accomplishing goals. We have professional certified swim coaches to help our children meet their fitness, swimming improvement, and competitive goals.
As a fundraiser, Maui Dolphins sponsors an annual Ocean Race Labor Day weekend called “The ‘Aumakua Swim” mostly serving ~200 mainland adult swimmers visiting Maui for the annual Maui Channel Swim (www.mauichannelswim.com).
We invite you and/or your organization to support our Upcountry youth with tax-deductible donations and possibly with food or services. We recognize our sponsors on the swim website (with logo and links to your website if you wish), http://www.aumakuaswim.org, and for donations of $100 or more supporting the swim (and our club), we recognize our sponsors with their name on our t-shirts.
