Inter Establishment 14 Carron Row 27th July 2016.

The weather was overcast with heavy cloud cover at the beginning of the match but the cloud broke up to leave sunny spells as the afternoon progressed with a light south westerly breeze swirling around the lake and temperatures in the upper teens. The fish were difficult to get going in most swims with prolonged periods of no activity despite seeing the fish feeding all around the lake. The methods employed were pole and waggler with rod and line but the best sport was at the top end of the lake around pegs 5 & 6 who employed the method feeder with the best bag falling to Martin Thorne with 15lb 8oz.
