REVELATIONS: THE KINGDOM TO COME
Unlock the mysteries of Revelations with theologian Jeff Cavins in this 11 week Tuesday Night video Bible Study beginning January 5, 2016 at 6:30 p.m. in Room 211. Here you will discover what the mysterious figures and images of Revelation mean. You will see how Revelation is more than an apocalyptic vision of the “end times”. It is a revelation of God as our Divine Bridegroom and the Church as His spotless Bride, forever united in a heavenly, holy, and mystical marriage that we enter into every time we celebrate Mass. Each class will end at 8:00 p.m. and will provide an opportunity for discussion and prayer. The study guide gooks can be ordered directly at AscensionPress.com for $23.95 plus shipping or by contacting Rick DiGiorgio at or 422-8734.

SIMBANG GABI NOVENA 2015
The Simbang Gabi (Misa de Gallo) is a treasured Filipino tradition dating back 439 years ago when Miguel Lopez de Legaspi celebrated the first feast of the Nativity in 1565 in the Philippine archipelago. It comes from the Catholic belief of gathering for the celebration of the Eucharist in the pre-dawn hours of the nine days before Christmas. Over the generations, local Filipino faith communities have creatively adapted Simbang Gabi. We are blessed to hold the Simbang Gabi at Saint Barnabas Catholic Church from December 15-23, 2015, at 7:00 p.m. except on Saturday, December 19th at 8:30 a.m. Mass will be celebrated by our beloved priests from different parishes and culminates with the Most Reverend Robert J. Baker officiating on December 23rd. For more information email Gabriel Sapalaran at .
