·  Approve August meeting minutes - Liz Mackzum made a motion to approve minutes as written. Second by Barb Grimes. Motion passed

·  Treasurers report/Financial review – Joe Grimes

o  Financial information was distributed and reviewed

§  Main account $11,354

§  PSC account $26,282

§  School Account $235

o  Budget for July 2016 – June 2017 was distributed, reviewed and approved

§  Currently on track to make concessions budget

·  Coaches update

o  Boys – Niro Wimalasena

§  Shirts for Coach Reedy’s 300th win

§  Boosters covered cost for coaches and players

§  Available for parents to purchase

o  Girls – Andy Schur

§  Thanked Boosters for spiritwear, Balconi training. Thank you from Kelly Suter and Jen Huber for TOPS participation

§  Working on next year’s schedule – will be a strong schedule

§  Introduced ‘Family Initiative’ – girls go to each other’s games, practice Random Acts of Kindness, social night out at Yagoot

§  Varsity Postcard Program – motivational quotes exchanged with teammates

§  Inside Access Pass – middle school student shadows coaches and act as team captain – raffled at MMS

§  Working to coordinate dates for Summer 2017 Preseason Classic Tournament

·  Open volunteer positions – Ron Schewe

o  There are several openings in concessions that must be staffed or concessions could be closed for games

o  Each family is asked to volunteer a minimum of two times during the season

o  Check website for volunteer opportunities

·  Taco Night – Rob Nabb

o  900 tacos sold at Girls game

o  500 tacos sold at Boys game

o  Possibility of setting up at a football game – would need 5-6 workers

·  MABA – no update, meeting next week

·  New Business

o  Stuff the Stands – Rob Nabb

§  To distribute between the two nights:

§  $650 in gift cards

§  85 spirit towels

§  Candy, bracelets, t-shirts

o  Wing Night – Sue Egan

§  Senior Night

§  Buffalo Wings & Rings – ordered 100 wings with sauces
