Weekend State Qualifying Tournament

Chapter Presidents,
Enclosed you will find your 2015 Weekend State Qualifying Tournament (SQT) packet. These forms (Chapter Applications and Individual Boater and Rider Applications), along with entry fee payment (check or money order), must be postmarked by the registration deadline of April 18, 2015.
With the Regional and Championship changes that BASS will be introducing in 2016 we have opted to restructure our format to one of a Pro/Am.
Boater entry is $125.00 and non- boater entry is $75.00

All club members are eligible to fish the SQT. Please attempt to keep your boater/non-boater pool of participants as even as possible.
Proof of insurance must be with the boater. Random checks may be conducted and any competitor unable to provide proof of valid insurance will not be allowed to use their boat.
