Registration Information
1.All teams must register at least 1.5 hours prior to their first games with the REGISTRATION Desk in the Willie O’Ree Arena
2.Teams may register a maximum of 19 players including 2 goaltenders
3.All Teams from outside NB must provide a travel permit at the time of registration. Retain a copy of the permit for your records.
4.All Teams are to provide the registrar with a local phone number that they can be contacted at during the tournament and, if applicable, hotel information. Mark Hotel Information on your Travel Permit or Registration Form.
5.All registration portfolios contain bracelets for team officials (Max. 5 per team). Every team official must wear the bracelet for identification purposes at all times.
6.TeamManagers are responsible for ensuring that parents are aware that admission fees do apply (children 17 and under are free) and that passes must be presented to gain entry at each venue. Passes are available for purchase at each venue:
- Tournament pass prices will be posted on the website;
- Day passes will be posted on the website (individual game passes are not available);
- Programs may be purchased.
7.All Players must wear Throat Protectors.
8.All teams are guaranteed 4 games. All preliminary games will consist of 3, 12 minute stop time periods. Semi-finals and finals will be 3, 15 minute stop time periods.
