Highlights: Team reviewed the July Referral Dashboard; 800 numbers, Photo website

Action Items Completed:

- Tom updated the August Referral Dashboard and the Marketing Website

- Tom/Alison launched the Grand Round Campaign

- Alison/Bonnie completed Grand Rounds Flyer

- Tom posted Grand Round Venue on Website

Team Minutes:

- Next meeting is scheduled for Tuesday 9/2 at 1CST, 2EST. PLEASE NOTE

- Alison is also working on Journal, Grand Round, Flyer, Manuscripts, sales literature

- Bonnie has been working on patient brochure and printer recommendations

- Tom is working on improving the Front Desk, and interactive pieces of the website

- Bonnie completed Voice Tree for 800 number

Action Items to complete before next meeting:

- Bonnie/Lori work on Grand Round Presentation Packet

- All update physician postal databases

- Alison/Tom launch Grand Round email, fax, postal campaigns

- Tom email receptionists on wish list consultations to have me forward wish lists

- Bonnie determine impact of Healthy Families ad

- All begin testing Waiting Room Brochure

- Andy/Bonnie/Tom build ACT deployment plan

- Bonnie evaluate Union/Insurance segment and outline lessons learnt

- Tom post Team Bios on the website

- Tom update Mission Statement

- Tom modify website about us introducing two doctors

- Jim/ explore/Alison review CME requirements and recommendations

- Bonnie obtain bulk mail recommendations

- Bonnie/Lori deploy potential patient follow-up process

- Tom post quiz reply

Action Items to complete by August 31:

-Team will create a Mission Statement, Integrated Marketing Plan, Communication Plan, Identified a viable Fall Marketing Campaign, and Electronic Dashboard

- Team will focus efforts in the areas of highest priority include obtaining tools for effective communication, customer contact information storage, and sales literature targeted separately at doctors and potential patients
