Reporting into theMarketing Manager, theMarketing Executive will be responsible forplanning and executing the marketing strategy to drive online customer behavior and consequently business results for our key brands including Lloyds’ List and HealthInsurance Daily. Theywill be responsible for planning, executing and reportingon a range of marketing activities across the business.

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

  • Experience of analysing online traffic, planning and execution best practices to improve web traffic
  • Experience of database management, utilising all aspects of the promotional mix across marketing media
  • Experience of using wordpress based microsites
  • Knowledge and understanding of emailmarketing and database management & growth
  • Exhibits the ability to be creative and analytical and be able to demonstrate why their ideas are analytically sound

JOB PURPOSE

•Devise, manage & implement the outlined marketing strategy for Health Insurance Magazine.

•Develop and produce a suite of marketing collateral aimed at generating interest amongst current and potential advertisers.

•Maintaining and updating social media channels according to the core brand guidelines. Creating engagement with audiences on social networking sites including LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube and Twitter

•Drive engagement using existing and or new marketing channel to grow online traffic to the HealthInsurance Daily and awards website

•Maintain & update premier awards marketing wordpress based microsites

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Plan and deliver campaign activity for Health Insurance magazine and awards through all channels.
  • Provide progress reports, analysis and results of assigned marketing activity focussing on advertisers.
  • Monitor using Google Analytics and grow traffic for product websites.
  • Update online microsites and media packs including proof reading and publishing blogs from the sales leaders

SKILLS REQUIRED:

•A degree-level qualification or equivalent

•Preferably experience working in a digital marketing role ideally in a B2B and/or publishing company.

•Strong communication and relationship building skills

•Strong planning and organisational skills

•Excellent attention to detail

•Analytical, personally organized and process driven

•Excellent written English

•A desire to succeed in a commercial environment
