3. User functionality

3.1 user registration

User side everyone should be register as the user, after that if user wants to start selling the product in the system. User need to select the membership plan to become vendor. At the time of registration user will submit the list formwith the free of cost. For both the vendor and user have same login page and registration page.

  • User need to register with the email
  • User need to fill name and
  • With the valid password
  • After registration the user will get the activation mail to activate the account.

3.2 Login

User will able login in to the market place with the proper valid email id and password

  • After registration the use can able to login with the registration Email and password.

3.3 Forget password

  • If the user forgets his/her password, the password will be recovered by giving the validate email id registered mail
  • The only registered email id will accepted

3.4user dashboard

In the user dashboard the will able to view the list features option that will make the user to understand the overall system easily.

  • User will view Wallet amount
  • User will able to view the Download product (purchased product)from market place site
  • User will able to view the list followingproduct in the system.

3.5vendor dashboard

Same like the user dashboard for the vendor, but with the same feature option for the vendor users. With the help of this vendor user will able view the overall system.

  • Vendor will able to view the Download product (purchased product) from market place site
  • Vendor will able to view the list following product in the system.
  • Vendor can able to view total number of uploadsof a uploaded product in the market place (along with the statues of pending and active product), this managed by admin
  • Vendor can able to total number of sale of the uploaded product
  • Vendor can view list followeron their stores.

Profile management, where for the both user and vendor can able to manage their profile, but for vendor along with that vendor tools and your product option will be provided.

3.7 Membership

The entire user is will be register with free of cost. They are not registration fee for the user who wantsto buy the product. But the user needs to become vendor need to select the one package. The package is

  • Exclusive package (managed by admin)
  • No exclusive package (managed by admin)

Where in the Exclusive packagethe admin will get 12 % (manages by admin)commission on every product sells of a vendor, if the vendor is only using the market place site for marketing (or) product only post on the market placewebsite.

Where in the Non- Exclusive packagethe admin will get 30 % (manages by admin)commission on every product sells of a vendor, if the vendor also using different market place site for marketing (or) vendor have posted product in many different website.

3.8 Sales management

Sale management option is only for the vendor users only where the vendor can able to get clear idea on the product sale and commission fee for the product.

  • Total number of Products Sold
  • Total Revenue the vendor made in the selling product
  • Commission fee for the each product
  • Net Earning

3.9Wallet

In Market place script where the user needs to purchase the product using the wallet shopping method. User need to select the list amount to deposit money in the wallet for the despoiled amount user can user this for the purchasing the product.

As we have said early user can able to add the amount through payment gateway (stripe,PayPal or any credit card ), and also the user can able to despite through the wired amount (offline transfer ) user can after admin approve the amount will be credited.

Admin will get all option to edit and add in to the system. Admin can view the list of option in the system. Easily accessible admin panel so admin can view all the site statistics on the dashboard. Admin have full authority to control the site.

  • Admin can activate the user and vendor and deactivate the user and vendor

Admin can able manage the full category and sub category with the some features.

4.4 wallet management

Wallet can be managed by the admin only thewallet and bonus of the wallet

  • Admin can give the permission for the withdrawal request
  • Admin can view the cancellation withdrawal request

4.4.1 Send withdrawal request

  • User can request of their wallet amount
  • User enter desired amount detail
  • User enter amount with message
  • Manage send withdrawn request detail

4.4.2 Cancel withdrawal request

  • User can cancel the withdrawn request
  • User can manage the cancelled withdrawn request details

4.4.3 Wiredtransfer amount

When the user have send the wired transfer amount for deposited in wallet, admin need to approve manually after check the admin back statement it is like offline payment.
