1:00 Antitrust Admonition

· ERCOT strictly prohibits market participants and their employees who are participating in ERCOT activities from using their participation in ERCOT activities as a forum for engaging in practices or communications that violate the antitrust laws. The ERCOT Board has approved guidelines for members of ERCOT Committees, subcommittees and working Groups to be reviewed and followed by each market participant attending ERCOT meetings. · One report is created per day containing files/records processed between midnight and midnight

· One created each day for each file received from the TDSP (expectation is that files from the TDSPs will contain between 10,000 and 50,000 transactions)

· If yes, how will the volume be managed for each TDSP?

§ What about Annual Validation being performed around this time?
