Mardi Gras is an annual celebration called le mardi gras (literally, "fat Tuesday") or le carnaval in French. The slogan for Mardi Gras is "Let the good times roll," which is translated literally into French as Laissez les bons temps rouler.

Mardi gras takes place 46 days before Easter (le Pâques) - that is, sometime between the 3rd of February and the 9th of March. 2 cerles de pâte feuilletée
200 g d'amande en poudre
200 g de sucre
120 g de beurre
2 oeufs

PRÉPARATION

1. Mélanger la poudre d'amande, le sucre et le beurre fondu.

Ajouter les oeufs.

2. Verser cette préparation sur la pâte feuilletée en réservant les bords.

4. Faire cuire au four pendant 40 minutes à 180°.
