Grand Knight Report
· March Month’s Minutes Approve.
· Recruitment were short. March recruitment Drive.
· Special Thanks to Vince for his leadership on the Free Throw Contest.
· State Convention coming up.
· Voting on Vending Machine to keep it or move out. Vote was to remove.
· Monument needs a maintained program to keep it from cracking.
· May 6 & 7 Tootsie Roll Drive.
· Board members are up for reelection.
· BBQ Sale set for May.
Deputy G.K. Correspondence
· Thank you note from St. Timothy for donation from the Christmas dance.
· Letter from the KOC membership drive, sending us a kiosk to display information.
· Thank you letter from KDO, for the playground.
· Setting up the Blood and Tissue contact information.

· Membership Quota 28, a gain of 25, Loss of 5 net of 20 @ 71.4%.
· Insurance Quota 10, gain 5, Loss of 4, net gain of 1 @ 10%.
· Total membership is 431, 307 Comp, 116 insurance, 8 inactive, 23 honorary life 7 disable.
· 4 Readmission
· Supreme Statement owe $386.63
· Bills – 64.34, 34.16, 598, 698, 100, 29.90, 628.84, 167.07, 34.10, 9.92, 40.00 = 2,393.33
· Looking for a report to see how we make per event.
· Motion to accept Fin Sec Report / Motion 2nd / Approved.
Director Report
· Pray for Prolife
· April head to Austin to the state capital for protest.
· Fundraiser for the parish. Golf tournament, Skeet Shouting Tournament, Casino Night and BBQ Sale. Raise about 60 to 70 thousand is a goal. Motion to accept the funds raised go to the parish. Discussion to table these fundraisers and more details needed.
· Fund Raising was table due to funding discrepancy for each event.
· 1st degree coming up.
· Election coming up next month.
· Scholarship forms for brother knight.
· 5 – First degree, only one for 4 degree.
Trustee Report
· Slate of Officers working for May elections

· Pancake Sale was a success. Looking at upgrade taco sale.

· Was not present / called in as being excused, family matters.
District Deputy Report
· Greetings from Supreme Knight and State Deputy.
· Plaque to the Council for Quick Start.
· Paying the assessment on time.
· Several Knights received a badge for Recruiting.
· Gold badge for Jason Huey on recruiting.
· Clergy appreciation dinner for scheduled for September
· July 1 is due for all that is attending dinner.
· State Convention, Tootsie roll coming up.
· 4th degree help needed.
