A)Main Menu

1)MWR Data Entry

  • Quarterly records rolled forward by this screen will now roll naics02 codes forward as well for the ARS revision.

C)Main Screen

1)Predecessor/Successor Screen

  • The “Update Actual Relationship” dialog has been modified to update and delete reverse relationships
  • Some fields were removed from the “Update Actual Relationship” dialog
  • The Tranfer Date Field on the “Update Actual Relationship” dialog was changed to 4 digit year format

2)Account Error Browser

  • Corrected a bug which prevented the browse from refreshing if you moved to an account with no errors.

3)Micro Error Screen

  • Export to Excel feature includes the comment codes in the generated excel sheet.
  • Browse window has been expanded to allow more spacing between data
  • Comments and comment codes were added to the “Detail” section of the screen.

4)Address Screen

  • The Address screen was reformatted to fit the new screen size.
  • The buttons have been rearranged and in some cases have had text added to hopefully clarify their purpose.
  • When the Update button is clicked editable fields change to a white background to show the user which fields can be edited.
  • Screen sections and tab orders have been updated.

5)The Predecessor / Successor Accounts browser (top of main screen)

  • Fixed this section so that it becomes disabled when any screens are in update mode.

6)Admin Screen

  • The predecessor/successor section has been removed due to new predecessor/successor functionality added during the September release
  • The screen sections have been rearranged to give users quicker access to data that is updated most frequently
  • The updatable fields now have a white background when the screen is in update mode
  • The special indicator field was updated to place the default value of “blank” into the field in place of “?” when a user tabs through the screen.
  • Tabbing order was updated.

7)Geo Data Screen

  • The updatable fields now have a white background when the screen is in update mode
  • Screen layout was updated.

8)Admin (F5) Search Screen

  • The "Cancel" button no longer changes the UI account on the main screen to the one highlighted on the Admin Search Screen.

9)Update Comment Code Dialog - Comment Code 00

  • Comment code 00 is no longer overwritten in fields C1 or C2 when another comment code is entered after it in fields C2 or C3 when the "OK" button is selected.

D)Quarterly Processing

1)Edits

  • Edits 41 and 142 (Aux Code Edits) have been disabled.

2)MWR Web Collected Data Load

  • New subunits created by this load will have MEEI Code 3 assigned.

E)Lookup Screens

F)Administrative Screens

1)Quarterly Roll

  • The quarterly roll program will now remove old “possible” predecessor and successor records.
  • The quarterly roll program will now carry the naics02 codes forward for the ARS revision process.

G)Reports

1)ARS Forms

  • CARS output will no longer be paged.
  • Washington State UBI Codes on NVM Forms will now print properly.

H)Miscellaneous

1)Batch Jobs

  • CIPSEA Short File – The CIPSEA Short File Builder has been enabled again on the Reports Menu.
  • Control File Build – This program has been updated to properly select records for ARS Processing (previously released)
  • NAICS Direct Program – This program has been corrected to properly handle back qtr NAICS codes (previously rleased)
