CONCLUSION:
The Iraq War was UNJUST
1. The Iraq War was undeclaredas required by Art. I., Sec. 8, Cl. 11. of the U.S. Constitution,
and therefore inherently unconstitutional and ILLEGAL.
- The Iraq War was unjustified because there was no imminent threat from the sovereign nation
of Iraq against the United States.
[ The claimed WMD's were not even present, let alone planned for imminent use against the
United States, and Iraq had no direct connection to 9-11. ]
3. The Iraq War was therefore unnecessary, and therefore immoral, and therefore UNJUST.
