L. Building Insurance
The property to be mortgaged must be insured (at your own expense) for the full reinstatement value of the property. The sum to be insured will be specified by the Valuer. You will need to provide the Church with a copy of the insurance policy document at each annual renewal.
M. Verification of identity
Under the terms of the Proceeds of Crime Act (“POCA”) and the money Laundering regulations, we are required to obtain verification of your identity.
