1. Manager to provide team contact list to coach and players
  2. Each time it is updated, a new version is to be created and sent to the coach and players
  3. Contact list to contain Name; DOB; Suburb, Email; FFANumber; Emergency Contact Name and Phone Number and Playing Strip Number
  4. It is NOT the responsibility of the Manager to take details of lateness or inability to attend training or game days. Players MUST contact the Coach directly but should always copy the Manager into any communication ???????
  1. The Club will provide the Manager with a Home strip and an Alternate strip. The Manager is responsible for bringing both strips to all games and putting them in the dressing sheds.
  2. The Manager is responsible for collecting the playing strips after each match. No player is to take home their playing strip.
  3. The Manager is responsible for having the shirts washed each week. There are two choices in doing this – you can wash them yourself or you can put the parents on a roster. If you choose to use the roster – the playing strip MUST be returned at training on the Tuesday (Seniors) and Wednesday (Juniors) following game day.
  4. The Manager will be responsible for returning the playing strips to the Junior & Senior Representatives on the last game of the season.
  1. The Manager is to ensure that the players are in the dressing shedat the time stipulated by the Coach before kick-off on match day
  2. The Manager does not need to be with the coach during the warm-up, as this is when paperwork and ID card checks should be done
  3. The Manager hands out official’s vests to 3 persons for the forthcoming match
  4. At home matches, Managers will hand the three match balls to the referees and collect them after the game
  1. After match is complete, the players will do a warm-down then they are to re-enter the dressing sheds immediately and get changed. No player leaves the dressing shed until the Manager has all the playing strips in the gear bag and the dressing shed is clean of rubbish.
  2. All players should support the next team and remain at the grounds for at least the first half of the next game. The players are to remain together as a team, in club uniform. The Manager will keep a record of any player that is unable to attend. We understand that players will have other commitments, however an 80% season attendance would be expected for the season.
  3. All players are to vote for Players Player at the completion of each match game. This is on a 3, 2, 1 basis and Managers are to collect this information for the season. At the end of the season, this information is provided to the Coach/WSL Representatives.

Team Sheets

  1. All team sheets are to be completed online via SportingPulse
  2. The Away Team must make their player selection in SportingPulse by 2:00pm on the Friday prior to the scheduled weekend Fixture, or 2:00pm the day prior to a midweek Fixture. Failure to comply will result in a $25 fine
  3. Clubs are required to note the shirt number of each Player in SportingPulse. This information appears automatically next to the Players name on the team sheet
  4. The Home Club will be responsible for printing and providing team sheets, from SportingPulse, on match day
  5. Failure of the Home Club to provide printed team sheets on match day will result in a fine per team sheet
  6. Any changes to the Player selections post the Friday deadline must be manually noted on the printed copy of the team sheet
  7. The printed team sheet must be handed to the Referee at least 30 minutes before the scheduled kick-off time
  8. Changes to the team sheet will be permitted any time until ten (10) minutes prior to kick-off, at which point the following will apply:
  9. Should a listed starting Player be removed from the starting line-up, that Player may only be replaced by a Player listed as a substitute on the team sheet. The former starting Player may then be listed as a replacement. However, no other player may be added to the team sheet to replace the former substitute Player.
  10. Should a listed substitute Player be removed from the team sheet, the team will not be permitted to name another Player in his/her place, and the number of available substitutes will be decreased by one (1)
  11. The numbers on the back of the player’s jerseys will correspond to the numbers on the team sheet handed to the Referee before the commencement of a Match. There must be no change of numbers from ten (10) minutes prior to or during a Match (this includes goalkeepers)
  12. A maximum of sixteen (16) Players only may be listed on the team sheet
  13. All grades team sheets, signed by the respective team Officials, must be emailed by the Home Club to email address: to arrive no later than 5:00pm Tuesday following the weekend’s Match, or 48 hours following a mid-week Match. If FNSW does not receive the Team Sheets as specified above, the Home Team will be fined for failing to submit their team sheets on time ($10 per team sheet)
  14. When a Match is forfeited, the team sheet will be endorsed accordingly by the Referee
  15. A team Official from both the home and away Club is to sign the team sheet at the completion of the Match to confirm the information is correct, including the Players listed, Match Officials listed, stood down Player’s listed, half time and full time scores are correct
  16. Each team must nominate three (3) jacketed officials whose names are to be written on the team sheet
  17. Clubs must indicate all up-graded and over-age Players on the team sheet by marking the registered grade against all up-graded and over-age Players
  18. Unless otherwise stated in the Grievance and Disciplinary Regulations, or in these Regulations, a Player listed on the team sheet will be deemed to have participated in the Match
  19. The Home Club Team appears first on the team sheet (left side)
  20. Clerical errors by either Team on the team sheet will result in a fine of $5 per error. Clerical errors include, but are not limited to, failing to endorse over-age and up-graded players, duplicate shirt numbers, incorrect shirt numbers and failing to sign a team sheet

Result of Match

  1. Once FNSW declares the result of a match after the conclusion of that match then that result will stand. Managers are to sign the team sheet at the end of the match signifying that all details are correct. There will be no appeal against the score line shown on a team sheet once it is received by FNSW

Match Result Reporting

  1. For all Premiership and Championship Matches the Home Team will be responsible for entering the results of the Match/s online into SportingPulse, no later than 45 minutes following the conclusion of the Match.
  2. Clubs are required to enter the following information when reporting results for all grades:
  3. Fulltime score; and
  4. Goal Scorers
  5. Failure to comply will any part of this article will result in a fine of $10
  1. A First Aid kit will be supplied by the Club at all games. Ice will be available at home games via the First Aid Room.
  2. A Physio will be provided at all home and away games (excluding Bathurst) and strapping

tape will be supplied.

  1. It is the managers responsibility to deal with game day dramas such as lost gear, filling water bottles etc. The coach should not need to deal with these issues.
  2. The manager is not responsible for bigger issues - the manager will direct the person to put their concerns in writing and send it to the Club President where action will be taken. The President for 2016 is Robin Chan and his email address is
  3. The Manager should encourage supporters to be positive in their support for their team. Negative comments coming from the sideline about players, opposition or officials will not be tolerated by the Club
  1. The manager is responsible for making sure that there are three persons allocated to canteen duties as per club requirements for the 2016 season
  2. The canteen has PAID Supervisors. These supervisors will advise volunteers on what assistance is required during canteen shifts
  1. Managers will be required to assist with club all fund raising eventsand the set-up and running of presentation night.
