Soulcraft Woodshop

Soulcraft Woodshop provides access to woodworking tools and classes on furniture making. A retail gallery in the 5th Street Arcades provides a place to market products created at the woodshop or elsewhere by furniture makers in the region.

Cleveland Metropolitan School District Fab Labs

FabLabs are a part of the school district STEM curriculum which provides students with knowledge and skills in high-tech production and prototyping. The FabLabs provide Cleveland Metropolitan School District students with access to equipment and tools as part of their project based curriculum.

Cleveland Public Library Tech Central

TechCentral Maker Space provides access to 3d printers, laser cutters, vinyl cutter, music production equipment and other tools available at the main library in Downtown Cleveland. TechCentral is open to anyone with a library card Monday through Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Great Lakes Science Center

The Mobile FabLab at the Great Lakes Science Center provides high-tech digital equipment including laser cutter, CNC mill, vinyl cutter and 3d plotter. The Mobile FabLab is used by students attending school at MC2STEM High School as part of their curriculum. Schools and community organizations can host the FabLab.

ThinkBox

ThinkBox at Case Western Reserve University provides access to 3d printers, laser cutters, circuit board routers and other high tech tools for makers and inventors. ThinkBox will be relocating to a 50,000 square foot facility with a business incubator and other services for the maker community. ThinkBox is unique as a university based maker space that offers access to the public.

Mini Maker Faire / Ingenuity Fest

Ingenuity Cleveland hosts the Mini Maker Faire which is an opportunity for Makers to showcase their creations and meet with other makers. The Mini Maker Faire is an annual event that takes place in March at the Cleveland Public Library main branch in Downtown Cleveland.

Ingenuity Fest, which takes place annually in September, provides makers with an opportunity to showcase the creations and inventions. Ingenuity fest showcases items that straddle between art and technology and will feature a MakerSpace at their event in 2014.
