About Us

As the umbrella body for housing associations in Wales, we are proud to represent our members who provide homes and services to 10% of the Welsh population.

Last year, our members contributed over £1bn to the economy, built nearly 2,000 affordable homes and provided jobs to 8,800 people across Wales. Our members are part of arguably the most successful public, private and third sector partnership in the UK. They are independent, not-for-profit organisations who not only strive to deliver affordable housing to meet demand but who invest in communities and change lives.

Our job is to ensure that the sector continues to prosper in Wales and is equipped for the future. Over the next three years we will continue to provide a unified voice for the sector, advocating and negotiating on their behalf. We will influence and lobby on issues that are important to the sector. We will keep up to date and understand trends to help members adapt to a changing world. We will investigate new business models to ensure that the sector remains fit for purpose.
