There are two levels of charges:

GROUP 1 — Non Commercial not for profit organizations and voluntary groups.

GROUP 2 — Commercial organizations and events.

Block booking rates apply to non business village organisations only.

It is the responsibility of all hirers to leave the hall in a clean and tidy condition.

Before the end of the hire period they will need to:

Clean and wash all used table surfaces

Put tables and chairs back in original storepositions

Sweep, and/or vacuum floors

Put away clean crockery

Remove all food from kitchen and leave equipment clean after use.

A cleaning service is available— price on application

Alcohol and music

The hall has a premises licence.

Bar service is available and must be arranged in advance.

Included in the hire charges

Shared use of the kitchen for hot drink making and use of crockery

Setting up and /or clearing up time (30 minutes only)

Excluded from the hire charges:

Use of ovens and plate warmer.(additional charges will be made for these services).

Schedule of Additional Charges

Returnable damage deposit £50.00

Use of kitchen/ cooker /hot cupboard / large fridge or freezer. £ 6.00 per hour

or part thereof

Commercial use will incur additional charges please call to discuss your requirements.

Payment Terms:

To make and confirm a booking the following payment terms apply.

To make a booking, payment is required of the non-returnable booking deposit (£25)

• For access to the premises the balance of the agreed hire fee and the returnable £250 insurance deposit to cover damage and failure to clear up is due not less than 14 days before the event.

Please note that we accept block bookings and welcome conference and similar hirings and will open partitions between rooms when required. To ensure we provide the best service we can, please contact the booking secretary or management committee to discuss your requirements

The Management Committee reserve the right to alter prices at any time.
