WHAT: Girls and Guiders will sleepover at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry to solve the mystery of the missing Golden Snitch. Activities will include skill building challenges for the girls to work as a team in their Hogwarts Houses to gather clues to solve the mystery and participate in the Quidditch Cup. / WHEN: March 24-25, 2017
From 6 pm Friday evening to 4 pm Saturday Afternoon.
WHERE: Prospect Road Community Center, 2141 Prospect Rd, Hatchet Lake, NS B3T 1S1
WHY: A great bridging event!
Cost: $20 per girl (or Guider attending above those required for unit ratio)
Fee will include: Breakfast, lunch and snacks.Event Crest and programming materials. / GUIDERS
Units that are registering as a group are required to ensure that they have ratio covered for the girls they have attending.
Throughout the event Guiders may be needed to assist in the facilitation of programming.
Payment will be made from each District on one cheque for all units attending. Please remember to submit the payment form included with the registration forms.

DROP OFF AND PICK UP
We are expecting lots of girls so drop off and pick up will be staggered to help reduce congestion in the parking lot. Once you are registered, you will be given a window of time that your girls are expected to arrive.
Participants are there for the whole time. As such, there will be no alternate drop off or pick up times. / KIT LIST
- Bedroll (sleeping bag, pillow, blanket, blue foamy or sleep pad)
- Pajamas
- Change of clothes (pants, shirt, socks, underwear)
- Toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, facecloth)
- Sneakers
- Water bottle
- Food Donation for Service Project
Each year it is our goal to help out the communities that make up our Guiding Area. This year we would like to challenge the girls and Guiders to donation 500 pounds of food to the Prospect Road Food Bank.
Each year our community support our cookie sales and we would like to make the cases our Guides, Pathfinders and Rangers have sold during our Fall 2016 campaign in pounds of food.
