Coming Attractions
These other exciting topics are in the planning stage
Timely Tidbits – A series of up to eight 30-minute, no-nonsense telephone conferences addressing topics of interest to busy company managers. Content will range from human resources and employee retention to customer service and marketing.
In-Home Services Series – We will offer a telephone series on topics of interest to In-Home Providers. Plans are to include coordination of care, cooperation among services, and other topics of key interest.
Marketing Series – Starting out in early 2011 will be a multi-part teleconference series on a wide range of marketing approaches. These will be brief, targeted and affordable calls.
Safety Day – In the spring we will be offering a live day-long conference that will be valuable for any field staff – nurses, PTs, aides, etc. This conference needs to be experienced in person as it will deal with personal safety, self-defense, a wonderful course called “Dog 101,” and other experiential learning topics.
Medicare Documentation – A day-long live class that will examine all the nuances and complications of Medicare Documentation for clinical staff. This class will bring you up-to-date on the standard documentation issues and any updates that are at hand.
Managing Your Life – Well, this series may not help you housebreak your puppy or get your kids up in the morning, but it will address time management, desk management, your working style and those of your colleagues, work/life balance.
Wild Cards– we count on you as members to let us know about topics and speakers of value to you. The door is open to planning additional conferences that meet your needs. Before you register for a conference in Daytona Beach or Seattle, give MAHC a call to see if we can provide that education here at home.
