Introduction
MACHER Engineering and Electronic Ltd was formed in 1991 as a German-Hungarian Joint-Venture.
The main activities of the company are: cable confectioning, electromechanical assembly, electronic development.
The main fields of usage of our products are: medical technology, automotive industry, sensor industry, entertainment industry, security systems, printing industry, industrial electronics
The modern 800 m2 manufacturing site was established as a green field investment in SóstóiIndustrial Park in Székesfehérvár. The warehouse with its basic area of 450 m2 is next to it.
More than 80% of the wage work, which was characteristic for the initial period, is taken over by own financing production as far as both the domestic and export markets are concerned.
The increase of turnover shows a balanced, steady growth every year. The company increased its turnover to 80.000 EUR in 2007 compared to the turnover of its first business year which was 2,760 million EUR. The current number of employees is 69.
Observing the Hungarian market situation and immediately taking the advantages, Macher Ltd. has been continuously enlarging the Hungarian clientele since 1997. Currently 50% of the turnover comes from the domestic market.
Our current export mainly goes to Germany, Spain, France, Austria, and the USA. The export turnover was 1,340 million EUR in 2007.
The basis of our long-distance strategy is the full-scale serving of our customers:

- Product development, documentation preparation
- Production development (cost optimalization)
- Planning, sample production, series production
Vision of Macher Ltd: increase the competitiveness in Europe and overseas market on the fields of sensor industry data transmission and electronic operation. We want to achieve this with innovative products, people-environment-mobility union. Hereby, with further improving the quality level, inner organization and satisfaction of the concerned parties substantiate the needed result for operation and continuous reform.
The company has modern machine park, which is continuously expanded.
Macher Ltd has accomplished investment into capacity as well as into technological development during which 8 pcs of contemporary tools were purchased. These purchased tools assure the established high level of production, quality control and packaging, increasing the effectiveness and support the development activities.
The company got state subsidy for successful tendering for purchasing these above mentioned tools.

The most important elements of the products and services are flexibility, speed, quality and keeping the delivery deadlines.
For this, Macher Ltd had introduced Integrated Management System integrating QMS (ISO 9001: 2000) and EMS (ISO 14001:1996) which is continuously improved.
