Administrator Training- including 2015 Administrators Training Conference–Kodie
Mentor Program – Julie Goss has been working on this. Julie also suggested putting together a small welcoming packet for new administrators. This brings up the need for the EO to be notified every time there is a new administrator in the state!
Officer Training – As a matter of information: It was approved by officers and area reps during a quarterly conference call meeting to allocate $2,000 to help send the EO vice-president – at some point during their two-year tenure – to a leadership training, NACD regional meeting, or some other such training/meetings to gain skills and knowledge before they take over as EO president.
New Business:
MACD State Convention (November 18, 19, 20 & 21, 2014 – Fairmont Hot Springs) –EO event update
We will hopefully have several different EO event plans from which to make a choice.
EO Fund Raising – at MACD convention – 50/50?
Vice-President – Secretary – Treasurer nominations--Just a reminder that we will be electing a Vice-President, Secretary and Treasurer at our fall meeting. Kodie will be automatically move to President. We should be thinking about who might be good candidates and encouraging them to accept a nomination.
DIRECTIONS TO MEETING ROOM:
For those of you who were at our 2013 spring meeting – this year’s meeting is in the same place.

There are parking lots on three sides; south, north and east. Otherwise there is parking on the street and a big parking lot across the street next to the State Library.
It is a three story building. If you enter from the front/south entrance or east entrance, the room will be on that floor. If you enter from the north/rear entrance you will have to go up a flight of stairs.
