Additional Notes:

1.  All presenters are responsible for their own transportation and accommodation costs.

2.  Each presentation selected will be provided with one (1) free MAASE Summer Institute 2010 Registration.

3.  Wireless Internet connections are provided in all meeting rooms.

4.  Presenters are responsible for all handout materials unless submitted by deadline (above).

5.  Notification and Paperwork: Presenters will receive a Notification of Acceptance by April 19, 2010 and must sign and return the acceptance agreement form by May 14, 2010.

6.  Again, if handouts are to be provided by MAASE they must be to Tony Thaxton, MAASE Executive Director by 7-31-10 (in MS .doc, .ppt or .pdf formats). <

7.  No alcoholic beverages are allowed during conference sessions.
