I consider myself an ambitious, reliable and proactive person whose motivation is to work in a challenging environment and I’m seeking a professional career in Project management or the supply chain domains.   • Sales Engineer for CATERPILLAR generator sets- Sudanese Tractor Co. Ltd. Sole Dealer for CATERPILLAR equipment in Sudan.
  • Task & Duties:
Being responsible of the Governmental and petroleum sectors in Sudan, and some of the (A) list customers in the Southern Sudan, meeting the sales target of $ 700,000 every quarter is a challenging environment and has always been achieved successfully. tasks & duties included the following:
  • Approaching customers and performing direct customers sales in key areas.
  • Handling all the engineering aspects and providing load calculations for customers.
  • Promoting the brand and maintaining good customer relations with major accounts to meet sales targets and budgets.
  • Preparing quotes on the HEADMAX system (ERP) based on corporate pricing guidelines and handling sales-associated paperwork, contracts and legal requirements to ensure finalizing deals.
  • Discussing/negotiating prices, after-sales customer service, guarantees and delivery schedules with customers.
  • Discussing contact/payment terms with customers to reach consensus that suits both parties
  • Creating the sales order on the system and follow up with the logistic department at the free zone to start clearance/delivery procedures.
  • Following up with workshop and spare parts departments to deliver equipment to customers on time.
  • Preparing a daily report of customers’ coverage (calls & visits) and profiles for management review.
