I) Capacities for learning promotion are created and developed / Proactive promotion strategies to change perceptions of the value of learning / Online learning format and media-connected communication including use of individual cases to promote success and value of learning also using promotion and marketing materials, newsletters and coverage in local news media / Each micro project is promoted by the Lundaland website where news from the project is continuously published with additional marketing support to let ordinary people participate in activities and events that are organized, see ref 1 and ref 9
II) Motivational strategies are in place for adults within the community of learners / Create a positive social climate, conditions and incentives for learning within the community of practitioners with instruments for stimulation of experience sharing / Number of engaged learners and organizations and degree of participation in peer-to-peer meetings with other participants in the network / A number of micro projects have been pulled together in “thematic clusters” to learn from each other, compare their approaches to contribute to the Lundaland key landmarks etc. See ref 6 on the use of Landmarks for this
III) Positive approach to valorization of informal and non-formal knowledge of all participants in the network / Establishing mechanisms for recognition of prior learning and validation of formal, non-formal and informal learning activities together with systematic sharing of learning experiences / National qualification framework to support best-practice in the management of micro projects within the LEADER framework, including the systematic accumulation of lessons learnt from all completed micro project of this type on both a general and a personal level / The central agency for the quality assurance of Leader projects in Sweden (“Jordbruksverket”) has developed a number of guidelines and criteria for acceptance and evaluation of micro projects, see ref 4 on this
