The administrator finds that a Settlement Agreement and Application for Approval of Settlement Agreement has been filed in the above-referenced claim(s). After a review of the application, the administrator finds the following:

The injured worker’s application filed on <date> is dismissed. The injured worker passed away on <date of death>. The settlement application is abated by the injured worker’s death.
