An outdoor 6 lane 25 yard pool, with an adjacent warm-up/warm down area measuring 25 yards x 20 feet. The water depth of the competition course is 4 ½ to 5 feet measured from one (1) meter to five (5) meters at the starting end of the course and 4 – 4 ½ feet measured from one (1) meter to five (5) meters at the turn end of the course. The pool is equipped with lane lines and starting blocks. A Colorado Dolphin Wireless Timing System will be used (3 wireless watches per lane, no touch pads). A two line scoreboard with event/heat and time display will also be used. The competition course has not been certified in accordance with 104.2.2C(4).
Spectator Seating: Spectators should bring folding chairs for seating. Only meet volunteers, USA Swimming registered athletes and current USA Swimming registered officials and coaches are allowed behind the starting blocks.
Rules: Meet to be conducted in accordance with the current USA Swimming and SC Swimming Rules and Regulations and information herein.
Use of audio or visual recording devices, including a cell phone, is prohibited in changing areas, rest rooms, and locker rooms.
Except where venue facilities require otherwise, changing into or out of swimsuits other than in locker rooms or other designated areas is not appropriate and is strongly discouraged
Athlete Eligibility: Closed Meet for USA Swimming member of the Fins Swim Team, LTP, CAC or the Hilton Head Aquatic Swim Team. Age is determined by the first day of the meet.
Any swimmer entered in the meet, unaccompanied by a USA Swimming member coach must be certified by a USA Swimming member coach as being proficient in performing a racing start or must start each race from within the water. It is the responsibility of the swimmer or the swimmer’s legal guardian to ensure compliance with this requirement.
Entry Fees: $5.00 Meet Entry Fee

$5.00 Time Trail Fee Per Event
Late entries will be double the entry fee
ENTRY LIMIT: Each swimmer may compete in up to five (5) individual events. Age of athlete is determined by the day of the meet.
Meet Format: All events are Timed Finals.
Time Trials will be offered at the discretion of Meet Management. Time Trial fees are $5.00 per event. Meet Management may allow time trials for swimmers entered in the meet who do not exceed their maximum allowable event entries per day. Notification of time trial requests should be given to Meet Management at least 1 hour prior to the start of the meet.
Time of Meet: Warm-ups at 9:00am meet starts at 10:00am

SC Swimming does not accept deck registrations, all swimmers entered must be registered at time of entry deadline.
Awards: Medals for 1-6 places

Coaches Eligibility: Coaches must be coach members of USA Swimming and they must have their credentials visible at all times.
Other Information: Officials from other teams are welcomed and encouraged to volunteer to work the meet.

Concessions: a concession stand will be selling heat sheets & drinks and food.
Parking: There is adjacent parking to the pool.
