1.  Live Oak Mobile Home Movers ($600.00) - On November 17, 2011, Mrs. Oletha Anthony filed a complaint against the installer. A fine letter in the amount of $600.00 was mailed out by certified mail and accepted on December 7, 2011. On November 22, 2011, Mrs. Anthony purchased a permit accepting responsibility for the install. On November 23, 2011, investigator St. Pierre re-inspected the home and found it was set to code. On December 7, 2011, a letter from Live Oak was received into LMHC office indicating the homeowner refused to let them finish the work and receipt showing a lien was filed.
