Annual ASA Fast-Pitch Softball Tournaments
Due to the overwhelming interest in our softball tournaments the teams that participated in the 2015 tournaments will have until December 31, 2015 to reserve their spot in the 2016 tournaments.
On January 1, 2016I will open the registrations on a first come first serve basis. Registrations will be entered into the tournament,based on the postal date on the envelopes or registration date on TournamentASA.com.Teams will receive an Acceptanceor Pending Acceptance Letter by E-Mail upon receipt of registration.
Tournament Dates and Brackets Information:
12 and Under – June 24, 25 and 26, 2016
16 team limit, 4 game guarantee, 3 pool/single elimination, Sunday bracket seeding based on pool play records
14 and Under – June 24, 25 and 26, 2016 (34thannual)
16 team limit, 4 game guarantee, 3 pool/single elimination, Sunday bracket seeding based on pool play records
16 and Under – July 8, 9 and 10, 2016 (28thannual)
32 team limit, 4 game guarantee, 3 pool/single elimination, Sunday bracket seeding based on pool play records
18 and Under – July 15, 16 and 17, 2016 (29thannual)
32 team limit, 4 game guarantee, 3 pool/single elimination, Sunday bracket seeding based on pool play records
Registration Procedure:
1.) Reserve your spot by registering with the tournament of your choice at TournamentASA.com. If you are a returning team, use the same username and password as before. If you are new to using the website, create an account under your head coach’s name. If you have any difficulties with TournamentASA.com, please call Jessica at 419-685-4247 or email . (Registrations on TournamentASA.com will be a pending acceptance until registration form and a deposit or full fee have been received.)
2.) After reserving your spot, mail the Registration Form (page 2) and Registration Fee or Deposit to:

3.) Upload your team roster on TournamentASA.comor email a player and coach list by May 15, 2016 for program information.

2016 Loudonville Tournament Refund Policy
*If an organization withdraws from the tournament before May 15, 2016 – full refund.
*If an organization withdraws from the tournament on or after May 15, 2016 - no refund.
*If a team plays 0 games and the tournament is cancelled for any reason - refund $ 350.00
*If a team plays 1 game and the tournament is cancelled for any reason - refund $ 250.00
*If a team plays 2 games and the tournament is cancelled for any reason - refund $ 150.00
*If a team plays 3 games and the tournament is cancelled for any reason - refund $ 50.00
*If a team plays less than 4 games but the tournament is completed - no refund
*If a team plays 4 or more games - no refund
Proceeds go to The Loudonville Youth, Inc.
Supporters of the boys and girls youthbaseball and softball programs in the Loudonville/Perrysville area.
