A Ski trip is planned for your yearduring the February mid-term break 2017 (in 5th year).

The payment options for your trip are outlined below as follows:

Trip departure depends on continued good behaviour between now and the trip.

The balance can be paid ininstalmentsas outlined below over 4thyear and up to Christmas of 5th year:

(Cost = €1100 max less deposit €400-receipts have been issued- place cannot be confirmed without full deposit as places are limited)

SCHOOL RULES for Ski Trip

  1. Disobedience, bad manners, rudeness, rowdy behaviour will not be tolerated.
  1. Students must stay together in groups, (a minimum of three) at all times.
  1. Students are not allowed to smoke, drink alcohol or possess drugs.
  1. Fraternisation with anyone other than the Beaufort Group is strictly forbidden
  1. Students must NOT leave their bedrooms or roam the corridors at night. Visits to other bedrooms are forbidden and students may not swap bedrooms.
  1. When students have been checked by their teacher, they must not open their bedroom door or go out onto the balcony. Students must go to sleep when checked by their teacher at night.
  1. Internal telephones must not be used in bedrooms except to get in touch with a teacher in an emergency.
  1. Students must be punctual at all times for meals, buses, etc and must follow the itinerary set out for them.
  1. Students must be courteous at all times to their teachers, peers, guides etc

Remember you are representing your family, school & country.

  1. If any of the above rules are breached, Parents will be contacted immediately (DAY OR NIGHT) by telephone and students may be sent home at their own expense.
  1. Expulsion will be imposed for possession and distribution of drugs to others.
  1. Inclusion on this tour is subject to a high standard of behaviour during transition year

Only students who will follow all school rules may go on the Ski Trip
