Looking for that perfect antique tea pot that you thought would never be replaced? How about a treasured slop bowl for your tea service? The Royal-tea Club invites you to come along as we explore the 2008 Madison-Bouckville Outdoor Antique Show! Over 1,000 dealers and appraisers will be represented. You’ll be sure to find a treasure around every corner!
Friday, August 15 – Depart Timonium via deluxe motorcoach. A second stop for a pick up enroute in York, PA will be planned. Rest stops will be made enroute. High Tea will be enjoyed at Jessica’s Tea Room at the Weaverville Inn. Step back in time to an atmosphere set in an elegant Victorian style at Jessica’s Tea Room. Artistic original woodwork, damask table linens, lace accessories and a table set in fine china sets the perfect atmosphere for tea with our friends. Following tea, we will continue our drive north. Settle in to our comfortable hotel in Rome, NY that will be our home for the next two nights. This evening, enjoy a provided Dinner and a show at Beck’s Grove Dinner Theatre. Return to the hotel following the show. The balance of the evening tonight is on-your-own.
Saturday, August 16 – Enjoy a Continental Breakfast this morning at the hotel. We will plan on departing for the 2008Madison-Bouckville Outdoor Antique Show by 7:00AM. Those going to the Antique Show will have a full day to browse, shop and find your special treasure. The motorcoach will return to pick you up at 5:00PM. Those going to the Turning Stone Resort and Casino, be ready to depart the hotel 9:00AM. Your return transportation to the hotel will be at 3:30PM, leaving you plenty of time to visit with “Lady Luck”. Dinner and the evening tonight is on-your-own.
Sunday, August 17 – Continental Breakfast this morning at the hotel before checking out. An on-your-own lunch stop will be made today. We’ve added one more special stop before heading for home - a visit to Harney & Son’s Master Tea Blenders in Millerton, NY. We’ll enjoy a Tour of the Factory as well as spend time at their Tasting Room which will surely make this a special ending to the weekend! Rest stops and an on-your-own dinner stop will be made enroute. An evening arrival back to York and Timonium is anticipated.

Cancellation Policy:To protect the operation of this tour for everyone, the following cancellation penalties will be in effect: From date deposit received until June 15, 2008 - $90 per person; from June 16, 2008 to July 15, 2008 - $200 per person; from July 16, 2008 to date of trip departure – No Refund. Cancellation Penalty will be refunded if a replacement passenger can be found to take your place. Trip Cancellation Insurance is available and highly recommended for $32.00 per person (Double or Single rates) or $19.00 per person (Triple or Quad rates). Pre-existing conditions can be covered – if insurance is purchased within 7 days of tour deposit.
