Primary Function:
Employee is responsible for developing information systems by designing, developing, and installing software solutions as well as working with team member to develop solutions.
Essential Responsibilities:
1. Determines operation feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development and proposed solutions.
2. Documents and demonstrates solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, code comments and clear code.
3. Prepares and installs solutions by determining and designing system specification, standards, and programming.
4. Develops software solutions by studying information needs; conferring with customers; studying system flow, data usage, and work processes; investigating problem areas following the software development lifecycle.
5. Encodes, tests, debugs, and documents relatively difficult and complex programs.
6. Provides code development and de-bugging for medium to large projects with proficient software knowledge.
7. Design solutions with minimal direction.
8. Prepares programming specifications and writes programs of a technical nature.
9. Provide technical assistance as necessary for lower level team members.
10. Knowledgeable in database development and maintenance, specific experience with SQL2005 and newer.
11. Experience with 2003 and later .NET frameworks.
12. Ability to code in, understand, and implement C#, VB.NET, Fortran and C++ programs.
13. High level understanding and exposure to HTML, XML, and ASP.;NET.
14. Perform other tasks as assigned.
Work Conditions:
Employee will be working mostly within an office environment. Employee may travel to work site locations where employee will be expected to dress in appropriate manner to deal with clients and customers. Some travel will be necessary to meet the requirements for the position.

Minimum Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in computer science or similar field from an accredited university.
· Ability to shift priorities and demands and timelines while still meeting all expectations and deadlines.
· Ability to qualify for a Secret Clearance as necessary.
