Meeting called to order at 6:30 pm.
Coach’s Report — “Thanks to the guys doing the field. Looks good”
President’s Report — Tiffany De Leon
Player volunteer hours — Players still need to fill out the paper form so that they can hand in to FEF.

Update on what has been done so far from the booster club and things needed for next year. Windscreens, trailer concession
Vice President’s Report — Craig Williams
FEF has completed their verification process
Treasurer’s Report — Tiffany in Mel’s absence
Reviewed line items – most everything on track. Membership is up, spirit wear up, banner and photo had expense we weren’t expecting
Spirit Wear and Special Events Report — Jennifer Nairn
Staff appreciation night on april 17th. Need help with goodie bags and raffle.
Walmart is planning to donate 8 dozen donuts.
Sr Night 4/27 Mitzi and Angela Earp have volunteered to lead this committee. Talked about things we could get the players. Bats, flowers for mom, picture frames?
Fan Cloth = $2,079 in profit
Moms hats and fan hats can still be purchased on our website
Banquet May 14th at the Embassy- Stella McGraw and Amanda Womack have volunteered to lead
Talked through centerpiece ideas and silent auction items
Membership, Sponsorship – Corey Eaton
2 sponsors this year, 1 was for a 2 yr sponsorship. Those are on our website and the banner on the stands.
Slim Chickens night april 12th
Whataburger night May 2nd
Banquet silent auction- budgeted to raise $2500. Talked through some ideas. Cabin last year raised a bunch.

Feeder school night was a success. ~$650

Hudl —Players need to start creating highlights. I’ll tweet them out if they let me know they have one made.
