- An update was received on the draft questionnaire. Information had been updated and edited from the 2007 Parish Plan version. Tony M and Ed M had helped with drafting and Ros Grimes had offered assistance with design, analysis and report writing. Draft had been circulated to all Working group members. A business section had been added but work still needed to be done to survey shops. A limit of six pages had been set by the group.
- Additional questions had been discussed on infrastructure, Transport, Police and crime, Broadband, Footpaths, and Gas.
- It was proposed the schools would be contacted to run workshops with the young people.
- The 2007 questionnaire had a 50% response rate with hand delivery and collection included in the plan. For the 2016 questionnaire a target of a 20% response rate had been set. Distribution had been agreed with the February edition of the parish newsletter, and to be returned in postage paid envelope, or at drop off points or completed on line.
