Location:St Andrews Church School, Taunton
Due to the progression of our current headteacher, we are seeking to appoint a headteacher to promote a love of learning, continue the development of this very successful forward looking school and build on its existing good practices and spirit of adventure.
We are looking for someone who can:
- Inspire, motivate and lead an established talented team, with excellent communication skills
- Understand, value and sustain the development of the ethos of the school
- Lead the staff to the highest standards of teaching and learning achievement with the development of the whole child in mind
- Be an innovative and a creative leader
- Demonstrate empathy for our strong church school distinctiveness and the needs of our community
