Reminders and Information

** Chaperones, please come to the library in the middle hallway and see me with any questions and to pick up your sweatshirt!!!!

1) Students will leave bags in front of theirperiod one classrooms and stay in their homeroom for check in and info.

2) Once everyone is here, each student will be told who their chaperone is, they will take their bags, find and stay with their chaperone. The chaperone’s name will be posted on a sign with their name and bus number. (** Female chaperones will be on the right or south hallway and males will be on the left or north hallway) They will then take their assigned kids to their assigned bus and load up. (All students should have theirdaypacks with lunches in them on the bus. All other luggage goes under the bus)

3) Buses will be on the playground by the Multi Porpose room.

Bus

1) Leave the first row seats open for teachers

2) Students should not have any electronics. If you see them, pleaselet us know.

3) Students need to be sitting in their cabin groups.

4) Students need permission to use bathroom on bus (We stop in Vallejo for a bathroom break) and legs need to be out of aisles

5) Please spread yourselves out on bus so that there are chaperones present

in all sections

Camp

1) Please make sure students are with you at all times.

2) Students need to notify YOU if they need to leave the group for any

reason

3) If there are any behavior issues, please see a teacher. Only teachers and

naturalists can give steps and we want you to keep a positive rapport with the

students. We will talk to the students for you if issues arise.

For clarification – here are the rules students must follow

a) No Messing (messing around/horseplay )

b) No Missing (going off without telling chaperone)

c) No Mixing (no going in others’ cabins)

d) No Mouthing (Inappropriate language)

After Lunch (FOB time)

1) FOB or Flat on Back time needs to be calm

2) Students can read, quietly play games, sleep, etc.

3) Everyone stays in their cabins (time to rest and unwind before afternoon activity)

Meals

1) Cabins must eat together

2) Only chaperones can get dessert for the students

3) Rotate table clean-up

4) Encourage students to eat all the food they take. Start with small portions first
