NW Academy
The NW Academy is a private English Language school located in Derry, Northern Ireland. The school is accredited by the British Council and ISO 9001 quality assurance schemes. The NW Academy was established in 2003 and since then has become one of the biggest English language schools in Northern Ireland. We have built an outstanding reputation for providing high quality English language and tailored study programmes. We are also the single largest host for students participating in ‘Leonardo Da Vinci’ study and work programmes in Northern Ireland.

St Mary’s College
St Mary’s College opened its doors in 1959 on its original site in the Creggan area of Derry. For fifty years it served the parish, parents and pupils of Derry from this site. It attracted pupils from a wide catchment area that embraced most of the city. In 2010 St Mary’s celebrated its Golden Anniversary and it moved to its new hi-tech campus at the heart of the Digital Corridor on the Northland Road. Pupils now have access to state of the art facilities and vibrant learning spaces.

St Patrick’s and St Brigid’s College
St Patrick’s and St Brigid’s College is a Specialist School in Business and Enterprise. It is situated in the pleasant village of Claudy with its splendid views of the River Faughan and the Sperrin mountains. Building upon its reputation as a specialist school, the college continues to expand educationally in response to the needs of the rapidly increasing numbers of pupils from both rural and urban areas. This heavily over-subscribed school boasts of state-of-the-art facilities in Science, Technology and ICT and a relevant curriculum sharply focused upon meeting the learning needs of young people in a rapidly changing, twenty-first century world. With its fully integrated communications network and the most up-to-date computing equipment, the college strives to guide each pupil towards the achievement of the highest possible academic, technological and/or vocational success, achieved through an emphasis on co-operation in group work.

Lisneal College
Lisneal College opened in September 2004 as the result of an amalgamation between Clondermot and Faughan Valley High Schools. The College operated for three years on two campuses - the Irish Street Campus and the Drumahoe Campus. The inaugural headmaster was John Magowan who retired in December 2005.

St Columb's College, Derry's
Founded in 1879, St Columb's College, Derry's oldest and largest Catholic grammar school, has a proud tradition of scholarship and the unique distinction in Ireland of being the alma mater of two Nobel Laureates. The College is located in the Pennyburn area of the city on a spacious campus comprising ultra-modern school buildings and 40 acres of superbly appointed grounds for games and recreation. The classrooms, laboratories, workshops and specialist rooms, all finished to a very high standard, are comfortable and exceptionally well-equipped. The school boasts a modern communications network with the most up-to-date I.C.T. and Multimedia facilities. The school is a Specialist School for Mathematics and Computing and the quality of its work in I.C.T. has been recognised by the achievement of the BECTA I.C.T. Charter Mark and of a National Training Award for staff development in I.C.T. In January 2008 the College has received further recognition as an exemplar of Best Practice in the Public Sector while in November 2008 St. Columb's won joint Best Whole School Award in Northern Ireland at the ICT Excellence Awards.

Greenhaw Primary School
Greenhaw Controlled Primary School was opened on the present site in 1971 to replace the former Ballyarnett Primary School and has more than doubled in enrolment since then. The school welcomes children from all backgrounds and hopes to develop them, not only academically but also physically, socially and morally, in a Christian ethos.
The school is a pleasant, single - storey building comprising a two unit nursery with play room, nine classrooms, and a large, airy assembly hall/dining room. All the entrances have been adapted for children with physical disabilities.
