DART - – Defence Abuse Response Taskforce Facilitator –Unique process of restorative engagement between those suffering from military service and senior Defence officers.

Penrith City Council – Management Unit dispute including staff mediation; executive mentoring, staff coaching and co-facilitating 2 day long workshops in better communication.

IFC (International Finance Corp, World Bank Group) - Developing PNG National Court ADR Service – 3 year ‘Expert’ Consultancy. - develop and manage court-annexed mediation Unit from bare office to running Service. Mentoring national Registrar; ADR Awareness Workshops – Judges, lawyers, business and community. Liaison Chief Justice and Court, ADR Committee and IFC. Cases - complexity extraordinary with multiple parties, longstanding cultural animosities.

Workplace disputes - City Council NSW – engagement delivering “Collaborative Communication” Workshops, staff mediation process and mentoring to Council employees. Managed dispute resolution -Qld Health, Commonwealth and State Departments. EAS (NT) - led investigations, mentoring, dispute resolution to Aboriginal organisations, education institutions, mining companies.

Family law and family business dispute management / resolution - >20 years practice registered family dispute resolution means that Brydget often mediates particularly difficult situations.

Aged-care -Through ‘whole of organisation involvement’, Brydget developed policy and standards documentation to fulfil Commonwealth accreditation requirements. The ‘package’ included continuous improvement, training, ongoing mentoring and dispute resolution services.

Negotiating fisheries management – with commercial / recreational / Aboriginal fishers in 3 communities, successfully enabled planning development. Sugar industry - Facilitated and mentored Aboriginal and female agricultural workers during training in Agricultural College with negotiations with Industry / employer groups

Arbitration - Mining –highly contentious situations on Liverpool Plains, Bylong Valley, Sutton Forest to develop Access Arrangements by negotiation or determination. Brydget’s knowledge of resource management in mining, forestry, agriculture and fishing enables her to interact successfully with mining executives, technical staff and land-holders concerned about environmental issues.
