FIRST TIME TTB SUMMARY: code 5- This will be an easy TTB as there is very little clutter and NN, the house is small and not too dirty. But, she will be more particular since it’s not that dirty. Help her see where her money was spent!

REGULAR SUMMARY: code 3 This house is easy. Always neat, tidy and not a lot of clutter. Her pet peeves are dusting & floors

FOYER: for the TTB be sure and try to dust off that HIGH window sill over the door, and do clean that hanging light fixture (windex the glass panels), clean up under the hall table real well (don’t move it, don’t scratch the floors!) Damp mop wood floors w/ her WOOD FLOOR cleaner! Clean front door glass in/out!

Child’s room: This is the most cluttered room in the house. All other rooms are easy. You can spend a little extra time in here to be thorough! Clean the blinds, fans, sills, PICK UP the rug to vac floor, place back neatly. Move the toys to vac thoroughly, take a little extra time in here. Move things to dust. Make bed better, if it’s sloppy

Hall bathrm: Clean all well w/ Dow bubbles, clean glass l-fix, keep them dusted. Move that rug to do floor, put back only after floor is dry! (she mops all tile floors w/ Simple Green – dilute it well)

OFFICE AREA: it’s where her dining room would be. Dust and clean all thoroughly. She uses Simple Green on formica furniture!

KITCHEN: use non-abrasives on cook top! – don’t scratch it to clean! White counter tops, seems to hold dirty stains, see if the Simple Green, stronger dilution will cut through the dirt (don’t scratch the counters though so don’t use green pad!). Very sparse, easy kitchen. Be thorough. Windex that black fridge, and stand on something to reach top of fridge! Scrub her sink w/ comet to remove stains! Move rug to do floor.

Knook: clean table and chairs w/ Simple Green (wood can take it – use the 10-1 ration in the bottle), move chairs to vac, flip up edges of rug and try to clean up under as best you can.

FAMILY ROOM: Damp wipe that hearth, get’s dusty, dust the mantle, Pledge on the wood furn. In here (or her Pledge cloths), okay to dust off front of TV screen, move items on top of TV to dust well (damp cloth to remove dust), vac rug, FLUFF up and plump up pillows and couch cusions.

MSTR BDRM: change sheets if laid out, make bed, but leave the 2 big pillows on the floor (she doesn’t want you to put them on the bed)

MASTER BATHRM: This is the only dirty room in the house. Save extra time for this room on the TTB, scrub several times on shower (try to remove the SS), and spray the little bit of mildew w/ Tilex for Mildew and see if you can lighten it up. The best way to clean that shower floor is to scrub hard w/ comet and a brush! Only comet will whiten that shower floor up some! Use Dow in tub, all along the water line as child bathes in here. Be sure to move all items around the tub to clean off dust & w-sills and blinds. Vac. Inside the closet up to shoes and move basket to vac. Faucets are a little brass- corroded, so just don’t make them worse.

Vac: front hall closetChem: under kit & mstrbathrm sinksMop & Broom: garage all way to the far right
