FR. EAMONN WHYTE OF RATHEA IS ELEVATED TO TITLE OF MONSIGNOR: The Rathea man is an outstanding priest and has served the Diocese of Miami in Florida with tireless dedication and commitment for over 50 years. Fr. Whyte’s ministry has taken him to the bigger parishes in the Diocese where he has involved himself in building programs but more importantly in building up the Kingdom of God. While holidaying at home every summer we never worry about cover for Rathea because Fr. Eamonn is there to fill in. We wish him many years of happiness in the priesthood. EASTER REFLECTION
Easter is a call to look at and to rise to a new way of life.
It is a new way of looking at things.
It is an invitation to see the daily resurrection in your life.
The joy of a newborn baby
The goodness of young people.
Its an invitation to see the goodness within yourself
Its an invitation to look at the world itself
WITH NEW EYES.
