Tuition Rates by Classroom

These rates will take effect on June 1, 2015. The room rate will dictate the tuition due each week. Children will be assessed and moved up each June, at which time, the tuition rate will be modified according to the room they attend.

* School Age Summer Activity Fee isa one-time charge of $120and will be assessed on June 1 for those enrolled for the Summer Program.

** $10.00 per family multi-child discount per week for families paying Full 5 day rate.

Note: The 1 Way rate for School Age students also includes Wednesday mornings for Ankeny’s late start.

Part Time positions (3 and 4 days)are onlyan optionif there is availability. We do not break Full timepositions for a part time position.

Our Hours/Closings/Special Hours

Little Endeavors is open 6:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Serving children ages 8 weeks through 10 years of age.

Special Hours:

Christmas Eve: 6:30 a.m. to noon.
New Year’s Eve: 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m

Little Endeavors is closed New Year’s Day, Christmas, Thanksgiving, the Friday after Thanksgiving,

Memorial Day, Labor Day, and the 4th of July.

Special Hours (cont’d):

If a holiday is on Saturday, Little Endeavors will be closed on Friday.
If a holiday is on Sunday, Little Endeavors will be closed on Monday.

Normal tuition is expected for these scheduled days off and special holiday hours.
Tuition credit will not be given for center closings due to unsafe weather conditions.

Other Financial Agreements and Obligations

Enrollment Fee- A one time, non-refundable enrollment fee of $50.00 per child, not to exceed $100.00 per family, is required at the time of application.

Tuition Security Deposit:A security deposit equal to $150 per child will be collected at the time of enrollmentin the center. This security deposit will be applied to your account balance the last week you are in the center.

Tuition -Tuition is due in advance: It is due the earlier of Monday or the first day of the week you arrive in the center. A $10.00 late fee will be accessed if tuition is not paid by the end of business on Tuesday of each week. If tuition is not paid by Friday your child will not be allowed to return to Little Endeavors until account is paid in full.

Notification Requirements - A two-week written notice is required for a change in your child’s schedule or to dis-enroll from the center. At the time you dis-enroll, your Tuition SecurityDeposit will be applied to any outstanding balance.

Early Out and No School Days- School age and Kindergarten early out and no school days will have an extra charge of $10 per day.

Vacation- One week of vacation will be granted after your child has attended Little Endeavors for 12 consecutive months. You are granted the number of vacation days that you have averaged during that previous year (i.e. if you are enrolled 4 days/week, you would be granted 4 days of vacation after you have been in the center 12 consecutive months). A vacation notice form can be obtained from management and must be submitted two weeks in advance in order to receive vacation credit on your account. Your child must be out of the center during this vacation time.

Insufficient Funds - In the event a check is returned by the bank, there will be a fee of $25.00 for each returned check.

Late Pick Up Fee- We close promptly at 6:00PM. Late fees will be assessed at the rate of $1.00 per minute/child, with a minimum of $10. Habitual violation of this policy may result in dismissal from the center.

Extra Charges- Children age two and above may go on field trips which may require a nominal fee.

Additional charge that may apply: 2 key fobs will be provided upon enrollment for each family. These will be required to be returned upon leaving the Little Endeavors. There will be a $10 fee to replace all lost key fobs.
