List Supplemental Student Info
This program lists supplementary information about each student in the selected division. Information provided by this report includes selected biographical, high school, and college information.

- Data provided by the report includes:
- Student ID – The student’s six-digit identification number.
- Student Name – The student’s legal name.
- Drop Code – Used to determine the student’s enrollment status for a particular semester (Summer, Fall, Winter, Spring), and is dependent upon the current semester. Values include:
- 0 - Student has enrolled in courses for the current semester.
- 1 - Student has withdrawn from all courses during the first two weeks of the semester. No course grades given.
- 2 - Student has withdrawn from all courses after the second week of the semester. All courses are graded W.
- 3 - Student has withdrawn from all courses after the ninth week of the semester. Instructor may grade courses as W or F.
- 5 – Inactive. The student had a drop code of 8 for the most recent semester, and a drop code of 1 prior to that.
- 6 – Inactive. The student had a drop code of 8 for the most recent semester, and a drop code of 2 prior to that.
- 7 – Inactive. The student had a drop code of 8 for the most recent semester, and a drop code of 3 prior to that.
- 8 – Inactive. The student was given a drop code of 1, 2, or 3 in any previous semester.
- 9 – Inactive. The student has not enrolled in any courses for the current semester.
- Birth Date – The student’s date of birth.
- 1st Reg Date – The date that the student first registers at the college in his/her current degree program.
- RC (Race) – The student’s race. Values include:
- Blank – The student’s race is unknown
- 1 – Black (non-Hispanic)
- 2 – American Indian or Alaskan Native
- 3 – Hispanic
- 4 – Asian or Pacific Islander
- 5 – Non-Resident Alien
- 6 – White
- 7 – Other
- RL (Religion) – The student’s religion. Values include:
- 0 – Present religion is unknown
- 1 – Catholic
- 2 – Protestant
- 3 – Jewish
- 4 – Other
- CZ (Citizenship) – The status of the student’s American citizenship. Values Include:
- Blank – Status of citizenship is unknown
- Y – Student is an American citizen
- N – Student is not an American citizen
- High School Code - The number used to identify the student's high school in the high school file. This is a 6-digit numeric value, which will retain any leading zeroes input by the user.
- Grad Year – The year in which the student graduated from high school.
- Rank – The student’s rank in his/her graduating class.
- High Ave – The student’s high school grade point average.
- SAT – SAT scores, separated by the student’s Verbal and Math scores:
- Vbl – The score received by the student for the verbal section of the SAT exam.
- Mth – The score received by the student for the math section of the SAT exam.
- Col Num - The CEEB number of the college(s) previously attended by the student. This is a 4-digit numeric value, which will retain any leading zeroes input by the user.
- Degree – The degree a student earned prior to attending Western New England College.
- Ungrad – College degree previously achieved by the student prior to being admitted to his/her current program at the College.
- Grad1 – College degree previously achieved by the student prior to being admitted to his/her current program at the College.
- Grad2 –The second college graduate degree achieved by a student from a single college prior to being admitted to his/her current program at the College.
