List of documents required for deciding on granting aloan.

  • Respective documents shall be submitted forall companies involved in crediting process
  • All documents shall be accompanied by a notarised translation in Russian or Latvian (if the original document is in any other language).

Corporate / Merchant loan application
Corporate / Merchant loan application at JSC “Rietumu Banka” shall be filled in and enclosed to the set of other documents.

Basic information on the borrower (and on the pledgor, if the borrower and the pledgor are not one and the same person)
А) For legal entities – residents of CIS countries:
1. Certificate of registration (with amendments).
2. Statutes (with amendments and supplements).
3.Incorporation agreement (with amendments and supplements).
4. Certificate of registration in the tax administration institution.
5. Minutes and orders for appointment of authorised signatories.
6. Copy of passport of the company’s authorised representatives.
7. Specimen signature and seal card.
8. Licence approving the right to engage in certain type of business.
9. Company’s organisational structure.
B) For legal entities – offshore companies:
1b. All incorporation documents of the company.
2b. Minutes for appointment of a director ora power of attorney approving the person’s power of signature and the right to act on behalf of the company
3b. Copy of passport of the company’s authorised representatives.
4b. Specimen signature and seal card.
Information on financial status of the borrower – legal entity:
10. Business plan comprising a full description of the company’s activities, including the cash flow statement for the requested crediting period.
11. Company’s audited(or approved by tax administration) balance sheet for the previous year, with a breakdown by fixed assets, debtors/creditors, and profit or loss statement.
12. Company’s balance sheet for the current year with a breakdown by fixed assets, debtors/creditors, and profit or loss statement.
13. Group’s composition and structure of interaction, specifying the movement of goods and cash(schematically, with a scheme description).
14. In case of other loans – copies of loan and pledge agreements.
For trading companies:
15. List of main suppliers and purchasers.
16. Assortment of goods to be purchased.
17. Dynamics of purchases, sales and trade balance, with a breakdown by months and types of goods in units/ cash for the previous and current year.
18. Agreements with suppliers of goods stipulating the payment procedure and the time of transfer ofthe ownershipofgoods, and availability of supplier’s credit lines.
19. Agreements with purchasers stipulating the payment procedure.
20. List of company’s main competitors, the company’s market share.
Documents on a collateral(real estate):
21. Sale and purchase agreement of real estate.
22. Certificateof registration of the ownership of real estate.
23. Rent agreement of the land plot on which the real estate is situated.
24. Land border plan.
25. Certificate of registration of the right of lease in the Unified State Register ofReal Estate.
26. Inventory case.
27. Real estate appraisal by independent appraisers(appraisal company is selected upon approval by the bank).
28. Insurance policy of a real estate object for the benefit of the bank (shall be submitted with the bank after the positive decision on granting the financing is adopted).
29. Other documents upon the bank’s request.
